TACOS AL PASTOR

  • 1KG.THINLY SLICED PORK OR BEEF
  • ½ KG. ONION
  • 1 LITER SALSA DE ADOBO
  • ½ KG. PINEAPPLE
  • 200 GRAMS CILANTRO
  • ½ CORN TORTILLA

Meat is marinated & grilled together with onion, cilantro & pineapple. Saute it after with the salsa de adobo & served it in a corn tortilla with Mexican rice & refried beans on the side.

ALAMBRE DE RES

  • ½ kg. BEEF
  • 100 GRAMS ONION
  • 100 GRAMS BEEF BACON
  • 100 GRAMS CHORIZO
  • 100 GRAMS CAPSICUM
  • DASH OF SALT
  • 100 ML. ACIETE
  • 3 PCS CORN TORTILLa

Cut the meat into strips & grilled together with the other ingredient. Served with green salsa & Mexican rice & refried beans on the side.

ENCHILADA DE CREDO CON SALSA AGUACATE

  • 200 GRAMS MEAT ( BEEF, CHICKEN OR PORK)
  • 3 PCS. CORN TORTILLA
  • 100 ML. SALSA DE AGUACATE

Stuffed the corn tortilla with grilled strips of meat of your choice, topped it with salsa de aguacate & melted cheese inside & out. Served it with Mexican rice & refried beans.

TAMALES

  • 1 ½ KG. MAIZECA DE MAIZ
  • 1 KG. CERDO
  • 1 KG. POLLO
  • 300 GRAMS LARD
  • 50 GRAMS SALT
  • 2 KG. BANANA LEAVES
  • 1 LITER SALSA VERDE

Boiled The Meat Of Your Choice, & Stuffed It Inside The Mash Maizeca De Maiz. Put It In A Steamer For 3 Hours. Aboce Meausrements Can Make Up To 12 Pcs. Tamales.
